Immediate response to fix my problem of being without hot water. In the end, the issue was simple but one I could not have sorted, and the company didn’t even charge me instead saying he was passing by anyway! Amazing. I will most DEFINITELY continue to use HOCU again and will now have my boiler regularly serviced by them.

Rob came and did the annual service on my boiler. He was very efficient but took the time to do a thorough job. He listened to my questions and then ensured my mind was at rest by fully explaining what was completed on the service and the checks he had made.
