HOCU was created and founded by Vincent Barrett in April 2014. Within the industry there are a lot of controversies about plumbers and their working ethics, Vincent noticed this gap within the plumbing industry and set himself out on a mission to repair the trust for plumbers and engineers. Vince went on to complete his gas certificate to become a qualified gas engineer to widen his expertise and provide more services for his customers. After years of hard work and determination HOCU has grown into an excellent team of engineers who follow the values of the company and continue to strive for a perfectionist level of service in the work completed by HOCU.
